OUR STORY

Since the 1980s, we have also acted as independent consultants, developing industrial instrumentation and control projects in several petrochemical companies in Brazil and abroad. Expanding our operations to the area of ​​Supplies, Project Planning & Control and specialized Consulting, we received several invitations from Multinationals to manage large Contracts for the implementation of new industrial units, including:

We assume the Coordination and direction, in London, of the International Negotiations for the supply of large packages of equipment to the Offshore area of ​​Petrobras involving suppliers from France (Turbines) - Germany (Compressors) - USA (Generators) - Holland (Automation) - Italy ( Compressors) - Brazil (Engineering). For other Contractors, we already operate in Brazil, Bolivia, Italy, England, Belgium, Germany, Mexico, Netherlands - USA

We participated in several privatization processes for which we prepared the complete official notices, covering the technical evaluation of the assets, the financial evaluation of the same as well as all the financial engineering of the sale operation of the evaluated units.
